Where it excels and where it fails
The staff provided exceptional service. Mr Bill made us feel right at home during check-in. Additionally, the room was very clean and offered a firm bed, aligning with my preferences.
Unfortunately, noise disturbances from adjacent rooms significantly disrupted our sleep quality. The air conditioning was also poorly maintained, creating a startling noise every time it cycled on, which was quite unsettling.

Comfortable stay with useful amenities
My partner and I stayed for a night in a king room, and it was pretty nice! The balcony was a cool touch for some fresh air. The bed was firm, which I love. Had a solid experience at the bistro too – food was good, but could definitely use a few more options. Could’ve used more outlets though, had to juggle some plugs.

The King Room with Sofa Bed and Balcony was really nice! It was super clean and had a spacious balcony that made for a great spot to chill. The bed was firm, which I loved, but might not be for everyone. I appreciated the extra space with the sofa bed too. Just wish there were more outlets available. it was a bit of a juggle with the chargers.
